// TJI Labs — AI product leadership & delivery
Make AI projects happen.
From the first idea to something that works.
I help media, production and communications teams turn everyday challenges into practical solutions — from spotting the opportunity and leading the project to building the tool and getting people to use it.

Good ideas need delivery.
AI projects need more than technology. They need clear requirements, aligned teams and someone to keep things moving.
I help organisations move from initial objectives through development, testing and practical implementation.

Featured case study
Trailr.ai · AWS · Neurons Lab
30 days. One working AI prototype.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Trailr.ai, I led product requirements and design coordination during a 30-day development sprint with Neurons Lab, supported by €25,000 in AWS programme funding.
Working daily with a four-developer engineering team, I helped align specifications, development priorities and design decisions between the two organisations.
The result was a working AI prototype that contributed directly to securing Trailr.ai’s first proof-of-concept agreement with the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR).
